Cielo and Sofia

Cielo and Sofia units are available at a price range of P5.7 to P8.8 million. Both units offer three floors that maximize the lot area with a range of 75 to 184 sqm.

Only five houses are found in each cluster to maintain the low-density development offering of Mahogany Place III. The current location of the townhouse units will likewise allow the continuity of the Asian contemporary design aesthetics, for all existing house models of Mahogany Place III.

Both Cielo and Sofia are crafted to reflect the Asian flavor that resounds within the community, but each offer a distinct character complemented by efficient space planning, large window and door opening features.

In terms of architecture, Cielo is considered a smaller version of the Bela and Tamara units, with its similar usage of modern contemporary features for a unified look through clean lines, wide spaces and landscaped gardens.
